Return Policy
We are so sure you will be pleased with your purchase, that all products come with a money back guarantee. If you are not in any way pleased with your purchase, unopened products may be returned for a full refund of the current product purchase price. If for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase once it is open, keep the product, call our office, and we will refund you 50% of the current purchase price.
Backorder Policy
We normally have sufficient stock, however in the case of a back order, please allow an additional two to three weeks for your purchase to arrive. You also have the option of receiving a full refund. In the case of a partial order, your refund will be in the amount of the purchase price of the back-ordered items only.
Shipping Policies
All products are shipped either US Express Mail or Parcel Post.
Damaged Goods Policy
Should any of our products arrive damaged, simply call us, and we will gladly replace the damaged goods at no additional cost to you.
